The issue of the regulation of law and the independency of judges has been at the heart of the Polish public debate for years. However, the question of whether the deficiency of real control over the judiciary does not lead to systemic depravity of the judiciary is increasingly raised on the basis of the circumstantial cases and experiences of the participants. Piotr Krysiak, an investigative writer and co-host of the “Heretics” programme, in an interview with Radosław Gruca (Goniec.pl) faced the subject of the Polish judiciary.
