Accounts on socials have 10-year-olds. Experts: just raising the age limit won't do anything

Experts are skeptical about the thought of raising the age limit from which teenagers could benefit from social media. In their opinion, although the thought itself is right, until we start requiring more not only from large platforms, but besides from parents, nothing will change.
