Stronger democratic control of service activities needed
The usage of spyware only for the most serious crimes, not for surveillance or combating opposition, is proposed by Krzysztof Brejza, MEP. As a victim of Pegasus's tracking, he himself is simply a supporter of strong peculiar services with this cyber weapons, but the condition is their apoliticalness and stronger independent judicial control over their activities. These were besides recommendations from the EP committee to survey the usage of spyware in EU associate States.
Companies are waiting for the final regulations on the National e-Factur System
The mandatory National e-Faktur strategy starts on 1 February 2026. The Ministry of Finance has published detailed method documentation, but the provisions governing the functioning of the KSeF strategy are at the phase of work in the Sejm. The introduction of a fresh strategy means a revolution in the circulation of documents, and for companies a considerable challenge in preparing for change. "Polish accountants' temper barometer 2025" indicates that KSeF is the most afraid among them, primarily due to organisational chaos and deficiency of clear regulations.
