In a comprehensive message published on Tuesday, the Orlen Group published the results of inspections and audits in the company for the period from January 2016 to February 2024. It was reported that over 50 inspections and audits have already been completed this year, another 50 are inactive ongoing, and the company has so far filed 8 notifications to the prosecutor's office and is preparing more. The case was commented on by the erstwhile president of Orlen, Daniel Obajtek.
