Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, commenting on the entry of the head of Polish diplomacy Radosław Sikorski, assessed that the Polish government was influenced by war psychosis. Orban referred to the words of Sikorski, who expressed the belief that Ukrainian military would win in destroying the pipeline supplying oil from Russia to Hungary.
