Budapest challenges Kiev and Brussels. Prime Minister Viktor Orban demands immediate EU sanctions on Ukraine following the death of cultural Hungary, József Sebestyén, during the mobilisation. "If the European Union does not impose sanctions on Ukrainian leaders liable for the death of Hungary from Zakarpacia, Budapest will take specified measures itself" - announced Prime Minister Gergely Gulyas's chief of law.
