Online debate: safety and resilience of Poland – how to realize them and how to build them?

4 JulyFriday, o 10 a.m. There will be another online debate "Pomeranian Thinkletter" quarterly as part of the 20th Civic Congress.

What (essentially) is the safety of Poland today? How much should we invest heavy in conventional reinforcements, and how much in resilience (e.g. digital tools, civilian defence infrastructure etc.)? What should be the basis for a safety strategy – European alliances, NATO, building autonomous foundations for economical improvement and technological and digital sovereignty? How to anticipate threats and improve our resilience – increase awareness, flexibility, ability to act? What function do local and regional authorities and what citizens gotta play in this regard?
