‘27 December’
Roman Wilkanovich

As long as I bear the shame
And we will let the Teutonic Shoe
He trampled our heads and our breasts.
And he utilized to rape our children.
How long will I gotta ask?
For a better future, we have run out of prayers,
Over the Worthy of the Light, over Poznań rising,
A fresh day is born for Wielkopolska!
On December 20th, Poland wakes up.
In the streets patrol, in all alley enemy,
Shots fired from forts, cannon bang.
Window windows break, blood pours,
And that's where the chief sends his men.
Hey! The Polish flag is blowing from Kenwerk.
Now no Pole to fight, unable,
And our city, Poznań taken, free!
And the cry of freedom flies through Greater Poland
Under Kąkolowo, under Zbeszyń, under the Harvest.
The words are silent, the action is king.
The lions are hot at the banks of Noteta,
A Eagle White again in the nest of his guests,
Over Paki, over Kujawy,
Reaches north, south,
Twenty-seventh freedom brought December.

The Polish paper Club OLSZTYN was the organizer of the commemoration of the 107th Anniversary of the Wielkopolska Uprising.

We met under the Column of the White Eagle at the Polish Consulate Square in Olsztyn. We folded flowers, lit candles, memory lights, for which the password of GOD, HONOR, AND FATHER, were the most important.

We warmly greet those who could not be present with us, but who proceed with us with the Spirit.
