Since May the short-term lease marketplace will change. Poland must adapt the rules to EU regulation. This marketplace has been out of control in fresh years. The alleged Airbnb free zones are appealed to by local and local politicians. We have learned the proposal for changes, but their entry into force will most likely be spread over 5 years.
