Rafał Trzaskowski, the candidate of the Civic Coalition, won 31.36 percent of votes, and Karol Nawrocki, supported by PiS, received 29.54 percent – both are moving on to the second circular of the presidential election. This is according to authoritative data from 100 percent of the districts, published on Monday morning by the National Electoral Commission.
