Television Republika has released recordings of Donald Tusk and Roman Gierty talking before the 2019 parliamentary election.
On 1 of the recordings, Gierty informs Tusk that he will not take part in the election. I'm not taking off. It's not a substance of decision. It's a substance of decision more like Gregory. I was even inclined to compete for this Sejm – he was going to tell Gierty, referring to Grzegorz Schetyna.

Giertych spoke on recordings
"Record of attorney's conversations with clients, deficiency of their real destruction, removal from the CBA of copies of the conversations, their transmission to the media and publication of these conversations are very serious crimes. The guilty of all these crimes will be punished," he added.
"As far as the deadline for publication is concerned, I believe it was caused by my request to recalculate the votes in the presidential election and by the decision of the SN judges to recalculate the votes in 13 committees. individual truly wants this case to not continue.
