On 4 December 2024, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2024/2809 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2024 amending Regulations (EU) 2017/1129, (EU) No 596/2014 and (EU) No 600/2014 entered into force in order to increase the attractiveness of public capital markets in the Union for companies and to facilitate access to capital for tiny and medium-sized enterprises, 1 of the acts of the Union regulatory package, the alleged Listing Act.
