Selection to JW Grom is 1 of the most hard stages of recruitment in the Polish Army. Candidates must show exceptional physical fitness, intellectual resilience and tactical skills. The process includes, among others, endurance tests, tasks in utmost conditions and assessment of the ability to work in the team. Only the best get accepted.
