PiS MP Marcin Warchoł reported that together with a group of PiS MPs he had requested the Constitutional Court to declare non-compliance with the Constitution of the provisions on the basis of which the NSA obliged the Office of civilian position to enter in the Polish registry of single-sex matrimony concluded abroad.
