The Polish army successfully closes 1 of the stages of the modernization of artillery. The latest transportation of K9 Thunder self-propelled Haubics to the 1st Mazurian Artillery Brigade marks the execution of the 2022 contract for 212 guns. It will not take long for another contract to be implemented. Preparations are already underway for the start of next year's deliveries of the Polishized version of K9PL.

K9PL will have a conventional charging system, but at this year's arms fair in Kielce Hanwha company presented the K9A2 model with automatic charging system. This increases the velocity of fire and allows to reduce the number of soldiers in the crew to three.
