Forming in the Poniatowa 18th Motorised Brigade, a unit subordinate to the 18th Mechanized Division, encountered unexpected obstacles. "The location must be changed due to the fact that the remains of the victims of Nazi panic have been discovered in the proposed area," the Ministry of Defence stated.
