The problem in the regulations is that it is possible for you to return old clothes (as waste) only erstwhile a month. This is not a joke. The law allows this possibility. And there are localities in Poland that let their residents to return waste to PSZOK (including clothing) only erstwhile a month. They miss the day? They gotta wait.
