North Korea fired a ballistic rocket towards the Sea of Japan

North Korea fired a ballistic rocket toward the Sea of Japan on Monday, South Korea's military said. The rocket landed in the sea, Japan's defence ministry said. The first rocket test this year coincides with a visit to Seoul by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
