Independent studies: As of March 15 out of 16 people killed in Gaza are civilians

About 15 out of 16 Palestinians killed by the Israeli military since the resumption of the Gaza Strip offensive in March have been civilians, as indicated by data collected by an independent ACLED organization monitoring violence.
