One of the Warsaw electoral commissions found a mistake in counting the votes. On Karol Nawrocki not 136 votes were cast, but 296 valid votes were cast, while Rafał Trzaskowski yet obtained 1611 valid votes, not 1774. Unsecured ballot boxes were found in the bags.
Wednesday at the website Supreme Court a communication has been published stating that, as part of the evidence procedure, at a secret sitting in the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs, on Tuesday the SN inspected ballot cards in the election of the president of the Republic of Poland in Regional Election Commission No 113 in Warsaw 4 Spartanska Street.
It was explained that the gathering took place with representatives PKW, lawyer General and an election officer for the Warsaw-Mokotów territory authorised by the head of the National Election Office.
As reported in the SN Communication, the minutes of the vote indicated that Karol Nawrockand received 136 votes, and Rafał Trzaskowski 1774 votes. It was stressed that the bags had been found unsecured envelopes with voting cards and a crucial number of loose cards thrown into the bag. But the number of unused cards, voting rights certificates and invalid votes agreed with the protocol. In an unsecured envelope described as "OKW 113. Voices cast at 01 Nawrocki Karol Tadeusz" established the presence of 136 cards, which is consistent with the protocol.

As noted, the court has ordered the State Election Commission and the lawyer General to take a position on the case within 1 day.
The participants did not rise any comments on the conduct of the evidence.

The media reported on the past days cases where representatives of the regional commissions themselves reported a post fact mistake involving the reverse attribution of votes to candidates - the votes cast on Rafał Trzaskowski were attributed to Karol Nawrock.
