The request of the Euro MPs to mention the Mercosur Agreement to the Court of Justice was rejected. According to Polish Radio, the administration of the European Parliament decided to do so. Officials considered that MEPs could not vote on specified a proposal until the agreement was approved by representatives of EU countries.
