German energy in the hands of the US. A billionaire from Trump took over a key company

The German Ministry of Economy approved the acquisition of the German energy company TanQuid by a US-controlled company close to Donald Trump - writes "Der Spiegel" on Friday. The American company has come into possession in Germany of respective fuel bases and a 1000 kilometres of pipelines.
