The paper  was signed in the presence of Ukrainian Minister for strategical  Industries Alexander Kamiszyn at the fresh   Munich safety  Conference. Thus, it is another example of "preparing land" for German-Ukrainian industrial cooperation, this time in the field of artillery production. According to the assumptions of the Ukrainian Centre for Ammunition Competence, it is intended to produce respective  100  1000  artillery shells. 155 mm a year, along with propelling loads. Therefore, it would have very valuable production capacity. The German company will hold 51% of its shares, while the remaining 49% will belong to the Ukrainian partner.
