On Tuesday, July 1, the ultimate Court is to decide on the validity of the presidential elections that Karol Nawrocki won. It was usually a formality, but present there are questions and problems. due to the fact that the SN chamber, which is expected to make a decision, is likely to be active illegally, and while counting votes, there have been many irregularities.


Today the ultimate Court will address the issue of the importance of the elections of the president of Poland. The gathering of the full home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs was scheduled at 13 p.m., it will be public and broadcast live.

Doubts and Controversies Grow

Let us remind you: in order to recognise elections as important, a resolution of the ultimate Court is needed. It is issued on the basis of an election study presented by the State Election Commission and after the SN has recognised all protests against the President's election.

Minister of Justice and lawyer General Adam Bodnar requested exclusion from ruling on the protests and designation of the elections of the full home of Extraordinary Control of the SN and the transfer of that decision to the Labour Chamber. And SN CEO Margaret Manowska refused.

She besides refused to hand over the case file to the lawyer General. On Monday, Adam Bodnar sent a position to the ultimate Court on the validity of the elections.

"It is simply a flagrant violation of the principles set out in the Electoral Code, the ultimate Court Act and the civilian Procedure Code" - wrote Adam Bodnar.

In turn, the talker of the Sejm, Simon Holovnia, announced that if the SN does not declare the President's election nullified, or if no another unexpected circumstances occur, the National Assembly will be convened on August 6. That's erstwhile Charles Nawrocki will take his oath and take office.

Protests rejected

The second delicate issue is electoral protests. As we know, there have been large and amazing mistakes in many election committees. Many people request a recalculation of all votes, respective tens of thousands of electoral protests have been submitted.

SN wholesalely rejected them, being reasonable to consider only a fewer or several. However, they did not affect the result of the elections – stated the judges of the contested chamber.

I don't think anyone has any uncertainty that the unrecognized ultimate Court Chamber will consider the President's election important. But the controversy will remain.
