According to “Rzeczpospolita”, only in 2025 the Border defender intervened in specified cases more than 200 times, and the Belarusian authorities themselves are involved. cigaret smuggling is most likely just a cover for Minsk's hybrid activities with Moscow's support. The aim of specified operations is to test the reaction of Polish services and origin disturbances in the operation of safety systems and difficulties.
