About the innovative approach of the AGAT unit to the subject of screening of candidates we wrote [in early February](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/new-rules-recruit-to-jw-agat-fast-but-no-compromise-talk). The process was to accelerate the application phase and to reduce the waiting time for the first qualification decision. On the first day, candidates were to undergo a medical examination. They then follow the physical fitness test according to peculiar unit standards. As a result, those entering the trial in evidence time were to be informed whether they were accepted or not. This reduced time from a fewer months to just 4 days.
