JW Agat sums up the pilot of the fast selection of candidates

We wrote about the innovative approach of the AGAT unit to the subject of screening candidates [at the beginning of February](https://defence24.pl/sily-zbrojne/nowe-zasady-naboru-do-jw-agat-szybciej-ale-bez-kompromisow-rozmowa). The process assumed speeding up the application phase and shortening the waiting time for a decision on passing the first qualification. On the first day, the candidates were to undergo a medical examination. Then they take a physical fitness test according to the standards of peculiar units. Thanks to this, those who entered the trial in evidence time were to be informed whether they were accepted or not. Thanks to this, the time has been reduced from a fewer months to just 4 days.
