"This is the symbolic end of paper aviso and the beginning of a uniform digital standard of communication in offices" - announced the Ministry of Digitalization. On 1 January 2026 the next phase of the implementation of the e-Service strategy will begin. However, this does not mean that conventional paper avisia will vanish completely.
At the beginning of 2026, the transitional period for implementing the fresh strategy ends. "Since the fresh year, each public institution will be obliged to deliver letters primarily by e-Services" - says the Ministry of Digitization in a communication.
As we read, "each consignment shall have legal validity equal to the registered letter for acknowledgement of receipt, and the strategy automatically records the date of transmission and receipt".

All correspondence from the offices will be sent to the email address if the citizen has previously established an account - Address for electronic service (ADE). The hotel ensures that the process takes only a fewer minutes and that the benefits are felt by both citizens and officials.
"For public administration the introduction of e-Services means savings and simplification of correspondence handling processes. For citizens – no more paper aviso and no more post office visits" - gave the ministry.

Deputy Minister for Digital Affairs Dariusz Standerski notes that e-Services will no longer let authoritative letters to be awed. "This is not only the end of paper aviso, but besides the beginning of a single communication system," said the politician.
However, this does not mean that the Polish Post Office will not leave any awizo receipts at all. This will only be the case for authoritative letters and only for those citizens who will establish an address for electronic service. All another letters sent by the Polish Post Office by conventional means, in physical form, can proceed to be awed.
