New Russian front vehicles "Ulan". Cheap, fast and useless

Russian troops are increasingly utilizing improvised logistics vehicles of the Ulan family, built on the basis of civilian field cars. Machines gotta solve the increasing logistical problem on the front, but the first losses show that their endurance on the battlefield remains very low.
