New punishment for Ryanair. Court: Cheats customers, "non-refundable tickets" do not exist

A court ruling in Hamburg could have crucial consequences for the airline marketplace in Europe. The court punished Ryanair for ignoring recommendations and declared illegal respective core elements of its sales model, including "non-refundable tickets."
