A fresh punishment for Ryanair. Court: Cheats customers, ‘non-refundable tickets’ do not exist

The judgement of the Hamburg court may have crucial consequences for the aviation marketplace in Europe. The Court of First Instance punished Ryanair for ignoring the recommendations and found it illegal to have respective essential elements of its sales model, including ‘non-refundable tickets’.
