New law in Ukraine. Shelter required in all fresh construction

According to Ukrinform agency, Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law obliging developers to prepare shelters in fresh construction facilities. In addition, there must be records in the construction documentation about supporting civilian defense.
