New head of the SBU

The Verkhovna Rada (parliament) of Ukraine voted on Tuesday to nominate Gen. Vasyl Maluk as head of the safety Service of Ukraine (SBU). Maluk assumed the position of acting head of the SBU in the summertime of 2022, after the resignation of Ivan Bakanov, head of the service.
