New electricity tariffs from October 2025. Real relief or "chosen sausage"?

The government delayed the entry into force of the fresh electricity tariffs until 1 October 2025. The current rates – with a maximum price of 500 PLN/MWh – will stay unchanged throughout the summer. The decision is intended to give energy companies time to take account of lower wholesale prices. Is this a real relief for the audience, or just a pre-election maneuver?
