Information about the gathering was provided by the President's spokesperson on platform X. "Karol Nawrocki invited representatives of all clubs and parliamentary circles to meetings at the Presidential Palace. The meetings will take place on 29 January and will concern the current cooperation of the president of Poland with the parliament" – wrote Rafał Leśkiewicz.
Nawrocki invites you to the Palace. His spokesperson doesn't want to uncover details.
In addition, Leśkiewicz was asked by PAP what subjects will be discussed there, whether they will cover issues raised by the president of projects or issues of the Council of Peace, which US president Donald Trump inaugurated on Thursday during the 56th planet economical Forum in Davos. However, the president's spokesperson did not want to uncover details.
He said he'd give more information erstwhile the clubs confirmed the meeting. –
Invitations were sent to all clubs and parliamentary circles today," he stressed.
Although specified a decision by the president could appear on the horizon any improvement in contacts on the President-Parliament/government line, the fresh months have shown that there is barely anything to be deluded about. "What cooperation, after all, is unrealistic" – voices appeared after the announcement of Leskiewicz. Finally, at least the president's last veto showed that relations between the head of state and the representatives of the Sejm were truly tense.
Let us add that this is not Nawrock's first initiative in fresh years. In early January, he set up a Parliamentary Council to support him in "making a law friendly to citizens". The council included PiS politicians, MPs from the Polish People's organization and Confederate MPs and Paulina Matysiak, who is an unattached MP.
