If the presidential elections were held next Sunday, in the 1st circular the candidate KO Rafał Trzaskowski would gain 38.3%, 5.1 percent points more than in the end of March, and supported by the Law and Justice Karol Nawrocki 20.1% - according to the United Surveys survey for Virtual Poland.
According to a poll published on Tuesday, if the presidential elections were held next Sunday, the candidate for the Civic Coalition would be most popular in the first round. Rafał Trzaskowski - 38.3%. This is an increase of 5.1 percent points compared to the survey from the end of March.
"The second place was supported by a PiS citizen candidate Karol Nawrocki (0.1%). However, the quotations of the president of the Institute of National Memory are dropping rapidly. Even in March, his support was 5.2 percent points higher" - WP says on Tuesday.
The last place on the podium, just outside Nawrocki, was taken by the Confederate candidate Sławomir Mentzen, to vote for 18.8% of the respondents. Support for the MP is stable, recorded an increase of 0.8 percent points - said the portal.
Far beyond the podium was the Marshal of the Sejm Simon Holovnia with a score of 7.1 percent. However, this is an increase of 2.1 percent points, as WP says. According to the poll, the following places were found: Left candidate Magdalena Biejat (2.7 percent decrease of 1.7 percent points), organization candidate full Adrian Zandberg (1.8 percent increase by 0.3 percent points), writer Krzysztof Stanowski (1.6%) and Euro MPs Grzegorz Braun (1.1 percent). 8.5% do not have a candidate yet.
Second round
56.1 percent of the respondents would vote for the KO candidate in the second round. On the another hand, the president of IPN supported by the Law and Justice - 33.6 percent 10.3% hesitates.
If elections were held next Sunday, 64.8 percent of those surveyed (52.2%) stated that "agreement" would cast a vote). 34.3% would not go to the polls, and 0.9 had not yet decided - the WP says.
The United Surveys survey for Virtual Poland was carried out on 4-6 April 2025 with a mixed CAVI&CATI method on a typical example of 1,000 people.
