Scientific scams?

One of the things I'm excited about (not to say more rudely) is treating scientists as possible criminals.

Officials for years have had a code in their heads that a scientist buys something for a million zlotys, while it truly should cost 800 thousand. Over 200 000 cosia producers and scientists share half, and that is corruption.

Unfortunately, specified an idiotic opinion of scientists is very bad for science.

An example of this is the tender we held a fewer years ago. 2 German A and B companies competed for the tender. Both offered devices with identical parameters, but company price B was 20% lower than company A.

However, the information collected from our colleagues from different countries indicated that A devices are reliable, and B companies are constantly failing. For an official, specified opinions are not applicable - he must have a "asshole", i.e. papers showing that the scientist has made a acquisition at the lowest possible price.

Worse yet, all year authoritative inventions increasingly prevent effective research. These inventions will not destruct cons (probably any fraction of the ray of all purchases of scientists), and are truly something very harmful.
