Constitution of Freedom II During his visit to India, US Vice president JD Vance reiterated present in a more decisive speech that America may abandon negotiations on peace in Ukraine if the warring parties do not accept the American concept, according to which the current degree of Russian gains would be frozen (but without their global designation as Russian territory), Crimea would be formally recognized as Russian territory and Kiev would abandon its aspirations to join NATO.
