Our neighbors are declaring a state of emergency! The threat is serious

The Lithuanian government announced on Tuesday a state of emergency over an expanding threat from smuggling balloons sent from Belarus. According to Reuters, Vilnius has considered the scale of the incidents to be so serious that it requires enhanced coordination of services and the usage of military support.
