This is how the prosecutor's office explains the termination of the investigation into the fatal accident of a motorcyclist on the Zambrów bypass (Podlaskie). At the time of the incident, the erstwhile First president of the ultimate Court Małgorzata Gersdorf and her husband, erstwhile president of the Constitutional Tribunal Bohdan Zdziennicki, were driving along the road.
