Moscow admits defeat in Kharkiv region

Ukraine's counteroffensive in Kharkiv Oblast caused panic among Russians in occupied areas. Therefore, the Kremlin admitted defeat for the first time since the beginning of the war, but its propagandists are trying to throw work off Vladimir Putin, according to the American Institute for the survey of War (ISW).
