More than 80 percent of USAID programs closed. "60-year-old agency dismantled"

After six weeks of auditing, US authorities have decided to close 83% of USAID programs, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in a post on Platform X. The remaining 17% of programs will be transferred to the Ministry of abroad Affairs.
