We have concrete proposals. We want to work constructively with the current rulers, due to the fact that unity and solidarity are crucial. The work of everyone is important. And I declare specified a willingness to cooperate. We must be specified a unity and only together will we defeat this enemy. And the enemy is one. The enemy is outside – he spoke on September 10, during the PiS press conference, Mateusz Morawiecki.

From mocking proposals that Morawiecki might become Tusk's advisor, through: "War changes position in 5 minutes", "You have most likely forgotten that you are not Prime Minister" or "From Action is Government", to pointing out: "What you have done for 8 years" or "Let's remember how you have collaborated with opposition in your rule" etc.
But the erstwhile Prime Minister besides posted an entry in which he made a circumstantial offer of assistance.
"No time to delay! I'm ready to aid with the budget and point out where you can find additional defence money! Let us act immediately above divisions!" - he appealed.
Zbigniew Gryglas, erstwhile PiS MP, responded to his words: "This stretched out hand should not be rejected. Prime Minister Morawiecki knows perfectly well how to seal the budget and increase revenue. He did it for years with success."

Morawiecki: "After the change of power, the current government for over a year and a half stopped all these actions"

– Even during our rule, an ammunition strategy was created, a large programme which was to affect Polish private companies in large-scale production together with state capital. This solution has worked in many countries, for example in the Czech Republic. Poland could have gone the same way. Unfortunately, after the change of power, the current government for over a year and a half stopped all these actions.
In response, Krzysztof Brejza recalls that during the PiS governments construction of the ammunition mill in Pionki was stopped.
– They bought machines in Switzerland for millions of PLN. They did not build a production hall on time. These machines have been lying for respective years. Only the Donald Tusk government increased production, for example 155 mm ammunition. The ammunition programs only started and only thanks to Donald Tusk's government. These are the facts. We increase the production of ammunition twice – says the Euro MP.
Konrad Frysztak says that MON is investigating solutions of private companies:
– Last week I visited the global Defence manufacture Exhibition with Minister Cezary Tomczyk. I participated in many talks, besides with private sector entrepreneurs, about cooperation with the Polish army, about investigating solutions that Polish private entrepreneurs have. These solutions are not different from global solutions, and in many cases they are trending.
– I reassure Mr Morawiecki. The Polish government cooperates with the state and private manufacture to guarantee safety for all Poles and Poles," he adds.
