Some deregulation proposals have already been presented in the Sejm and have been rejected, but if the ruling coalition will vote for good proposals, then we besides want to relieve entrepreneurs as much as possible – declared deputy chief of the Law and Justice, MEP Mateusz Morawiecki.
Today, the president of InPostu Rafał Brzoska, who heads the squad to submit deregulation proposals before gathering Prime Minister Donald Tuski, informed of the transmission of the government's 111 first proposals in this respect. Already at the meeting, Brzoska announced that by the end of April 300 proposals for deregulation could be presented.

He described deregulation as a "everlasting race against time" and declared his hope that more than 100 first proposals would come from a squad preparing for the government, to the Sejm, "soon will be reprocessed".
As I recall, the current Prime Minister, my successor, thought that most could be implemented by regulations. The majority cannot be implemented by regulations. Laws must be prepared and adopted

Migration pact
Furthermore, Morawiecki was asked in Mysłowice about the possible of implementing the migration pact in Poland and assessing the success of the PiS referendum initiative towards the pact. He replied that the first migration pact was adopted in 2015 and then the government of Prime Minister Beata Szydło, and then his, “he put a very harsh dam against the migration pact.”
The best evidence for this is the rejection of illegal immigration and the conclusions of the Council (European – PAP) of June 2018.
