Morawiecki: Let's take the slow but Polish train to CPK. Which one?

The erstwhile Prime Minister calls for slowing down trains on the line to the CPK to give Polish warehouse producers a chance and to be able to commute besides outside metropolitan areas. But does it make sense to destruct transport exclusion by the most costly railways and trains we do not produce?
