Another city reactivates the March for Life and Family! The March Movement is expanding!

Siedlce prepares to resume the thought of Marches for Life and Family, and subsequent cities of the Drohiczyń diocese consider joining the March Movement. The Centre of Life and household thanked Bishop Piotr Sawczuk, Bishop of Drohiczyńska diocese, for his evidence to the defence of life and the mobilisation of cities of the diocese to organize the March for Life and Family.

On Wednesday, 10 December, representatives of the Centre of Life and household met with Bishop Piotr Sawczuk, bishop of the Diocese of Drohiczyń, to express their gratitude to the average of the diocese for the unique evidence of the presence on the Marches for Life and household in the cities of the diocese and for inspiring leaders of various local communities to organize marches.

– CWe thank the Bishop for his evidence of concern for life and family, as well as for his openness, hospitality and the creation of a platform to discuss the request to support families and form a young generation through the Marches for Life and Family, said representatives of CJIR. As they emphasize, at the beginning of 2025 at the initiative of Fr. Bishop Sawczuk in the Drohichńsk curia, there was a gathering of groups organizing Marches for Life and household in the diocese. The gathering was attended by the Directors of household Ministry and General Ministry, representatives of the Centre of Life and household and representatives of the cities of the Drohiczyń Diocese, which could organise the March for Life and household in their local environments in the future.

The gathering took place with participation and under the patronage of Fr. Sawczuka was fruitful and among the cities that joined the March Movement were Bielsk Podlaski. The organization of the March for Life is besides considered by another cities of the diocese.

Representatives of the Center of Life and household besides met with representatives of the community of March organizers for Life and household in Siedlce, who prepare to revive the thought of a march movement in the city.
