Mobilization of thousands of Ukrainians in Europe? "Extradition is possible"

Will Ukrainians surviving in the West return to the Dnieper to fight for their country? The defensive war waged by the Ukrainian Armed Forces requires extraordinary solutions regarding the recruitment of soldiers to the trenches. The main reservoir of possible Ukrainian defenders is those Ukrainian citizens who are officially subject to mobilization, but have gone to the West and are presently staying in European countries.
