Only on Tuesday did the Pentagon chief announce a cut in military aid spending for Ukraine, and yet another part of information that should worry Kiev. Bloomberg has obtained a draft of the communiqué, prepared for the upcoming NATO summit in The Hague. Ukraine is barely mentioned in it, and the position towards Russia has softened. In a word, it is clear that the paper is being created to suit Donald Trump's line.
