Missing element. Why is Poland not in the European-Ukrainian rocket shield?

During the last gathering of the “voluntarily willing coalitions”, an agreement was established concerning the construction of a rocket defence strategy based on European solutions, primarily for the needs of Ukraine. Poland is not among the participants of this project. Why?
