Ukraine is ready to negotiate, but not to capitulate, Ukrainian Economy Minister Yulia Svyrydenko said on Wednesday. The politician referred to media reports about a US proposal for an agreement that would see Ukraine cede almost all of the territory presently occupied by Russia.
