Polish authorities are considering the question of the invitation of Karol Nawrocki to the Council of Peace of president Donald Trump. The U.S. president has late reported that the condition of joining a part that any commentators say could replace the UN will require a "inscription" of $1 billion. Converting to Polish currency is over PLN 3.6 billion. Jarosław Kaczyński was asked about the advanced price for membership of the Peace Council. "We are no longer a mediocre country today, and we should act as a full member," said the president of the Law and Justice Office.
To participate in Donald Trump's Peace Council as a permanent associate of the organization – without limitation to a three-year word – you gotta pay a circular $1 billion. Should Poland transfer this amount – the equivalent of over PLN 3.6 billion – and be among the more than 30 countries that accepted Trump's invitations? Journalists asked PiS president about this.
Jarosław Kaczyński pointed out that the decision to join the Council depends on the government, due to the fact that it is the Council of Ministers that decides to allocate funds for specified purposes. He besides assessed that Poland could afford specified an expense.
"There is no point in Poland entering as mediocre [state-ed.]. We are no longer a mediocre country present and we should act as a full associate here," Kaczyński said.
"Today we must be in the best possible relation with the United States and all the more so we should be there," he added.

Journalists questioned Kaczyński about Vladimir Putin's participation in the Council of Peace, and thus controversy over taking part in the organ in which the leader of Russia sits. According to the president of PiS, this question is ‘unobjected’ due to the fact that ‘Putina will not be there’.
Last Wednesday in Davos Donald Trump met with president Karol Nawrocki. After this meeting, the American president was asked if he thought the individual countries would yet decide to join the Peace Council. Trump estimated that the authorities of any countries are “waiting for approval” of decision-making bodies in their countries. Poland is besides to be among these countries.
"There are any countries like Italy... [Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni – ed.] told me she wanted to sign, (...) but she must turn to her legislative authorities. It was the same with Poland. [President Karol Nawrocki – ed.] said: "We want," Trump revealed on his way back from Davos.
