Micheil Saakashvili appealed to Volodymyr Zelenski. He wants to be listed as prisoners

Former pro-western Georgia president Micheil Saakashvili, sentenced to 12.5 years in prison, asked Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenski to "put him on the list of civilian prisoners of war". Saakashvili most likely expects a trade. Earlier, the European Parliament called for his release. The Council of Europe declared Saakashvili a "political prisoner".
